Responsibilities:

• Support SAP modules, HRIS, Real Estate-MRI, Power BI & mobile applications.
• Manage and maintain workflows in SAP, HRIS and MRI systems.
• Manage implementation of applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system application problems.
• Identify and resolve technical issues faced by end-users.
• Assist with systems\' integrations.
• Maintain and update technical documents and procedures.
• Support the technology department\'s audits.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in application analysis and support.
• Experience in SAP Finance/MM/PM modules, HRIS-Dayforce, Real Estate-MRI, Microsoft Power BI & mobile applications will be advantageous.
• Experience in system workflow definition or configuration will be reviewed favourably.
• Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills.
