Candidates with fewer years of experience, may be considered for the Team Lead role. Minimum 5 years' work experience in software development and coding in .NET, C#, SQL and JavaScript. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or a technology related field. ITIL foundation certification Main Responsibilities: PRODUCTION SUPPORT: Work with, lead and manage a remote application production support team, to provide L1, L2, and L3 application production support services. Manage incident tickets through a predefined workflow and ticketing tool. Meet pre-defined service level agreements (SLAs). TEAM LEADERSHIP: Coach, supervise team members for analysis and resolution of production tickets, striving to surpass pre-defined SLAs for response times and resolution times. TECHNICAL: Conduct technical code reviews and inspections for application bug fixes and change requests. STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Liaise with the client's management team, based in Singapore, to manage expectations and provide regular reporting.
