CBAP PROGRAMME STRUCTURE

The 6-month programme will equip you with the technical competencies, financial knowledge and relationship management skills needed to excel in the industry.

• MONTH 1: Structured Training & Rotation within Commercial Banking
• MONTH 2 TO 6: Rotation across functions that work closely with Commercial Banking
• Mentorship Programme with veteran Commercial Bankers for 6 months

DURATION: July 2023 - December 2023

LEARNING FORMAT: Hybrid learning comprising of virtual and face-to-face classes

CURRICULUM: 6-month structured learning (virtual and face-to-face classes), online learning, job rotations to various departments and customised mentorship with Senior Managers

WHO SHOULD JOIN?

• Graduates from all courses of study.

• No relevant experience required.

• Individuals with strong adaptability skills, communication skills, creative, analytical and love interacting with people.
