Description:
- Looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented person to join our expanding Finance Shared Services team.
- This role is to be part of the team to deliver billings and collection services in accordance with the service levels agreed with its internal customers.
- Candidates should possess an inquisitive mind to learn and innovate as well as being meticulous.
- The successful candidate can look forward to a nurturing and progressive work environment in a hybrid working setting.
- Manage system billing process to ensure invoices are generated, recorded and emailed to tenants on timely basis
- Manage GIRO claw process to ensure direct debit deductions are performed timely.
- Manage process to generate and email statement of accounts to tenants
- Process incoming receipts and clearing of customer balances
- Manage late payment interest billing system process
- Prepare manual billings, including credit notes
- Process refunds
- Assist tenants to set up direct debt arrangement
- Attend to internal and external customers’ queries
- Assist in annual audit
- Support process improvement initiatives
- Other ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Experience with SAP is preferred but not a must
