Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly AR analysis/Variance report for management review
- Responsible for the entire AR workflow within the team such as prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements according to company procedures.
- Ensure there is a continuity follow through on all past due accounts until payment is fully received and issues are fully resolved.
- Prepare month end closing schedules within closing timeline
- Liaise and prepare statutory report during interim and final audit period as required by auditors
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Diploma/Degree in relevant disciplines with minimally 3 years of working experience
- Experience in ACCPAC/SAGE preferred
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Meticulous and analytical
- Must be a team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Able to work under pressure with tight timelines
