Responsibilities:

Conduct visual tree assessments and plan appropriate treatments, including fertilization and pest control. Liaise with arboriculture and landscaping contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of assigned works. Lead periodic briefings for landscape crews to communicate tasks, safety measures, and project goals. Implement plant changes and enhancements in line with approved landscape improvement plans. Develop planting designs, prepare planting plans, and create bill of quantities for improvement projects. Conduct daily inspections of ongoing landscaping and improvement works to ensure quality and compliance. Plan and manage budgets, prepare tender documents, evaluate submissions, and participate in vendor selection. Ensure all landscape activities comply with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations.

Requirements:

A recognized Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or a related field. ISA Certified Arborist certification is an added advantage. At least 5 years of solid technical experience in horticulture, with strong hands-on expertise in landscape and plant care.



Salary: Up to $6,000.
