The Billing Manager leverages in-depth industry knowledge of the business environment and various technical solutions to assist the customer to gain market share and increase operational efficiencies. Provides technical and consultative leadership for Consulting technical solutions opportunities on a range of complex engagements, focused on an industry or service offering. Requires an in-depth understanding of an organization\xe2\x80\x99s business, industry requirements and systems. Principal Responsibilities:

  • Works as primary consultant on large, complex projects, often concurrently, requiring highly specialized knowledge. Interacts with strategic customer delivery long-term, high impact projects
  • Envisions new business solutions and drives development of content and collateral
  • Involved in most sales opportunities within domain or client relationships
  • Have multiple senior client relationships within industry and/or service area specialties
  • Leads code reviews, testing processes, and certification of software
  • Presents architecture and design solutions
  • Supervises staff on project engagements
  • Defines deliverables for SOW and engagement team
  • Supervises multiple teams and projects and provides career counseling for multiple consulting professionals
  • Plans implementations and advances strategies for new initiatives
  • Projects practice area revenue targets chargeability and other aspects
  • Part time SME to other projects in addition to current one
  • Ability to anticipate when technology and changes will occur and can adjust/evolve architecture and applications accordingly
  • Communicates with clarity, credibility, honesty and impact Ability to pre-empt, navigate through and influence organizational politics for project success
  • Builds and solidifies productive relationships, at executive levels, with clients and internally
  • Understands that travel may be required for extended periods of time
  • Provides leadership and mentoring at national level
  • Acts as mentor and assists or presents training development environment to peers, customers and other organizations
  • Identifies and coordinates training with Sr. management to address critical business and technical requirements
  • Develops and articulates solutions based on customer\'s strategy
Skills:
  • Expert writing skills and demonstrated ability to document processes for the customer
  • Expert communication skills in working with the customer
  • Expert knowledge, understanding and application of project management principles and methodologies
Education & Experience:
  • Typically requires 15+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or 12+ years and a Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree; or a PhD with 8+ years experience; or equivalent experience
