Report to Project Manager.- Do schedule, monthly claims and report.- Coordinate with client (owner), consultants and subcon on the nature of the works.- Conduct / liaising of meetings to all parties.- Coordinate / supervise / managing the nature of works based on project plan.- Ensure Safety Health Environment implementation of works.- Other jobs as requested by Management- Able to work independently & report to site PM- Able to do shop drawings with minimum supervisionRequirements Mininmum 4years experience in HDB Projects Degree in Architecture or other equivalent Have knowledge in local practices and other architectural trades
