Supervise architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in compliance with standards, safety & environment regulations
Manage the drawing submission schedules based on the planned work progress
Coordinate and review all design matters with main contractor, authorities, consultants, subcontractors, etc.
Manage and control design deliverables related to BIM, technical, contractual and cost issues
Review shop drawings to check to meet all design requirments
Plan and Manage Work progress scheduling, etc.
Job Requirement
Minimum 7 years of experience with Degree/Diploma in relevant architectural field in the construction supervision of architectural works for projects
Building experience will be beneficial
Relevant experience in construction company
