Summary of Position

An Architect who is interested in a hybrid remote/in-person position that oversees and executes complex projects.
*

Responsibilities and Duties:
*
*

• Proficiency with industry specific software, including Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Revu and BIM Modeling.

• Working knowledge of applicable design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Bluebeam Revu.

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Google Business Applications (Gmail, Drive, Slides) as well as Microsoft Teams.

• Use Autodesk Revit to create and review drawings that incorporate exact measurement, calculations, building codes and other construction details.

• Assist QA/QC evaluation of accurate and high-quality technical drawings and documents.

• Work with project teams on Revit modeling requirements, content creation and coordination efforts.

• Assist with Revit model set up and archiving procedures while maintaining previously established architecture standards.

• Create and manage Revit families.

• Ensure that Revit office standards are incorporated and maintained.

• Assist with the preparation of presentation graphics, drawings, and models for client review.

• Work closely with firm leadership and staff to achieve a high level of project success.

• Expertise in Revit and other 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software.

• BIM (Building Information Modeling) conceptual understanding and knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Bluebeam Revu

• Strong communication and organizational skills, and attention to detail

Qualifications:
*
*

• Associate degree focusing in STEM Curriculum and specialization in industrial, mechanical or architectural engineering coursework.

• Equivalent Combined College/Technical/University coursework and working experience will be accepted.

• 2+ years of Revit software design and application experience

• Working knowledge with AutoDesk and familiarity with AutoCAD/BIM (Revit)

• Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365

• Experience with Program Management and Project collaboration software
