The Architectural Coordinator is responsible for managing and supervising all architectural works on site to ensure high-quality finishes and compliance with project specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all

architectural finishes

works on site. Review

project specifications

,

technical clarifications

, and

construction drawings

to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Plan and execute

architectural work scheduling

, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation. Coordinate with

Architect

,

Structural

,

M&E

(Mechanical & Electrical) staff members, and

sub-contractors

to resolve architectural or design-related issues promptly. Ensure the

quality of work

and compliance with

safety regulations

and relevant codes.

Job Requirements

Education:

Minimum a

Diploma in Architecture

or equivalent.

Experience:

At least

3 years of working experience

in local architectural works.

Technical Knowledge:

Familiarity with the

CONQUAS

quality assessment scheme is preferred.

Skills & Attributes:

Strong leadership and coordination skills; able to

lead teams and work independently

Good communication skills for liaising with consultants, contractors, and site teams.
