DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Design development of existing projects and evaluation with specific details Review and approve conceptual and schematic design and detail working drawings Plan and supervise authority submission requirements and procedure for HDB project on siteJOB COMPETENCY (QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE) A recognized Degree in Architecture, preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore Minimum 5 to 10 years of relevant architectural experience preferably in HDB projects Good knowledge of architectural details, working drawings and construction practices Excellent in design presentation and human relation skill; Conversant with local codes and regulations At least 1 year BIM project implementation experience with in-depth knowledge of REVIT architecture Must have contract administration experience and able to lead construction on site
