Job Description
Responsibilities Develop Architectural design for different stages : Concept / Basic Design / Detailed Design etc. Manage ongoing architectural projects. Works with team lead to highlight discrepancies in drawings or lacking areas to ensure smooth delivery of project. Liases with clients / contractors / other consultants etc. Manage authority clearances and permitting processes.Requirement Graduated with a recognized Degree in Architecture. Organised and detailed. Able to meet tight timeline. 3 or more years of in architectural practice Responsible and take ownership of work tasks. Competent in : Autocad, Revit, Photoshop and Sketchup etc. Ability to run project confidently, good communication skills. Conversant with local codes / regulations and good understanding of local permitting process.
