You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural design and practices, including supervision and management of multiple projects in Commercial, Condominiums, Industrial and Institutional B You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural design and practices, including supervision and management of multiple projects in Commercial, Condominiums, Industrial and Institutional Buildings. A Registered Architect with Master or Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by Board of Architect Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management Able to perform conceptual design up to design development. Tender documentation is a plus. Familiar with local building requirements and regulations A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing Possess excellent people skills and is a good team player Highly motivated, proactive, independent Conversant in BIM (Revit) and Archicad will be an added advantage Good communication skill We do not have Spass quota
