Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Lead architecture design and execution for projects, provide design directions to the project teams and control design quality.
• Responsible for providing architectural guidance, calculations, analysis, studies, and recommendations.
• Able to perform conceptual design and schematic designs up to design development.
• Oversee progress of on-site work and resolve any issues that may arise
• Work with engineers with surveyors to make sure that the building plans meet the necessary building standards

Requirement:

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Architecture or related fields
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the industry
• Skills in Autocad, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up
• Registered with the Singapore Board of Architects will be an advantage
• Knowledge and understanding of project management and contract
