Job Description
Qualifications 1. A degree in Architecture recognised by Singapore Board of Architects. 2. Minimum of 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 practical experience in local projects. 3. Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM Revit, V-ray, Enscape, Photoshop, InDesign and Sketchup to fully express design ideas and communicate with project team and clients. 4. Basic required skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint. 5. Familiar with local building regulations. 6. Able to work independently or lead a team in a proactive studio environment. 7. Good interpersonal and communication (verbal /written) skills. 8. Committed, resourceful and ability to self-motivate with good time management skills
Roles and Responsibility 1. Develop designs throughout all stages from feasibility studies to detail design. 2. Overseeing and production of drawings relating to a project from concept to construction stage. 3. Assist preparation of presentation boards and competition deliverables. 4. Project management, communication and coordination with clients and consultants. 5. Overseeing and preparation of submission drawings and correspondences Authorities. 6. Preparation of tender package and execute tender procurement. 7. On-site construction supervision on matters of design & technical coordination issues as well as contract administration. 8. Lead and supervise staff on all project matters.
