Role & Respobibilities

  • Project Management and Coordination
  • Meeting with clients and determing their need and requirements
  • Take a lead role in feasibility studies, design, design development, tender documentation and contract administration
  • Developing and presenting project proposals
  • To liaise and coordinate with external consultants and the client team
  • Preparing drawing, buleprint, specifications and construction documents.
Requirements :
  • Degree in Architecture from a recognised university
  • Minimium 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Well versed in Autocad, Photoshop, skectup, Adobe Premium, Vray, Microsoft office, Lumion & Revit
  • Strong Communication and projec management skills
