You will play a key role in various aspects of architectural design and practices, including supervision and management of multiple projects in Commercial, Condominiums, Industrial and Institutional Buildings.
- A Registered Architect with Bachelor Degree in Architecture or equivalent from recognized Universities by Board of Architect
- 3 years of relevant experience in design and project management
- Able to perform conceptual design up to design development.
- Tender documentation is a plus.
- Familiar with local building requirements and regulations
- A flair for design and good knowledge of architectural detailing
- Possess excellent people skills and is a good team player
- Highly motivated, proactive, independent
- Conversant in BIM (Revit) and Archicad will be an added advantage
- Good communication skill
