Our organisation is seeking a talented Architectural Assistant to work on various architectural projects and educational programmes. The ideal candidate should possess a passion for designing, proactive, disciplined, and curious with a strong sense of independence.
As an Architectural Assistant, you will work closely with the Principal Architect to deliver quality architectural designs and solutions. You will be responsible for following up on various architectural projects and research/educational programs initiated by the firm. The applicant will be involved in various stages of the project and office operations to gain maximum exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Create building designs and highly detailed drawings both by hand and using specialist computer-aided design (CAD) / building information modeling (BIM) applications.
- Integrate, work and design with local codes and regulations.
- Prepare for approval application from the local authorities.
- Write and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts.
- Specify requirements for project.
- Coordinate and manage project.
Requirements:
- A diploma or degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proficient in CAD and BIM software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
