Job Description
KAY NGEE TAN ARCHITECTS is a well-established and design-oriented architectural firm in Singapore. Our office is a collective of progressive and multi-disciplinary group of like-minded professionals who are specialize in urban design, architecture, conservation, landscaping and interior design to product design.
Post of Architectural Assistant
- Possess a Master of Architecture (NUS) or Bachelor degree equivalent to RIBA Part 2.
- At least 2-3 years or more related working experience.
- Interest in topics of urban design, architecture, conservation, landscaping, interior, product design & visual arts.
- Able to handle and manage projects from Concept to Construction stage.
- Have a good design flair, able to prepare submission and detailed drawings.
- Able to use Autocad, 3D visualisation software and Abode/MS365 suite of programs.
- Knowledge of local authorities submission requirements and proficiency in Revit or other BIM related software is an added value.
- Able to work as a team and have good work management skills. Proactive and keen to pick up new skills and knowledge.
- Have good interpersonal skills and good attitude towards work.
