Responsibilities

Support the Architect in the full scope of Architect\'s duties.
Opportunity to lead small/medium sized projects under the guidance of the Architect with the scope of duties including preparation of conceptual / schematic design, design development, detail design and tender documentation, etc. for both Architectural and Interior Design.
Presentation of design in appropriate mediums for Client or regulatory submissions, etc.
Ensure compliance of design with technical requirements of relevant authorities.
Other duties include project coordination and contract administration works
Attending site/project meetings with client, consultants and contractors

Requirements:

Competent and self-motivated individuals who possess initiative, able to work under challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor\'s Degree (Architecture) or Diploma (Architectural Technology) or equivalent.
Good conceptualization and creative skills
Reasonable verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in AutoCad 2D and Sketchup.
Also competent with Microsoft Office, Photoshop, Revit, 3Dmax and/or other 3-D rendering software
At least two years of relevant working experience.
Remuneration commensurate with relevant experience.
