Job Description

Key Responsibilities: As a member of our project team, you will play a pivotal role in the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization to completion. Your responsibilities will include:Collaborating with senior architects on planning, designing, and implementing airport-related projects. Generating high-quality architectural designs and solutions, encompassing conceptualization, plan development, graphic creation, documentation, and specification preparation. Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, such as clients, consultants, contractors, and workers, to address design issues and ensure smooth project execution. Monitoring project progress to uphold contractual agreements and schedules. Participating in project, technical, and consultant meetings as needed. Undertaking additional duties, including participation in design competitions, as assigned.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution. Previous internships or local work experience are advantageous. Demonstrated interest in pursuing Professional Architectural accreditation, with support provided. Strong project management, communication, and coordination abilities. Proficiency in Revit/ArchiCad/BIM, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Effective written, oral, and graphic communication skills. Excellent multitasking and time management capabilities. Familiarity with local authorities' regulations and compliance standards is a plus. Preference will be given to Singaporean citizens.
