Job Description

Staarch is a multidisciplinary architecture, engineering, project and construction management firm that exists to help our developer clients compete internationally and successfully in the property marketplace, by providing the very best in engineering, architecture, hotel and residential, interior design, construction management and marketing.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize concept and schematic designs;
Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaise and coordinate project-relevant issues with clients, consultants, contractors;
Authority submission
Contract administration
Requirements:
Recognized Master of Architecture or equivalentWell-versed in authority submission process, requirements and guidelines;
Familiar with software such as Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
