Job Responsibilities: . Assist in design, design development & tender documentation . Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval . Coordinating and liaising with the consultants and project team . Assist in administering contracts and site supervisionJob Requirements: . Have flair in design . Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture . Degree in Architecture recognised by Board of Architects Singapore . Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience . Able to work independently and meet tight deadline . Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage . Good attitude and conscientious
