Reporting to the Senior Architect, the Architectural Associate must possess creativity in his/her design for Corporate, Hospitality and High-End Residential projects for both Architectural and Interio Reporting to the Senior Architect, the Architectural Associate must possess creativity in his/her design for Corporate, Hospitality and High-End Residential projects for both Architectural and Interior Spaces. The candidates must be artistic with good design flair and be knowledgeable in areas of detail design and product specification. Familiar with building regulations would be an added bonus. Day to day activities will include preparing and presenting design proposals, producing detailed drawings with the team, co-coordinating with authorities, contractors and other specialists to ensure smooth project deliveries as well as assisting in managing various interesting and varied architectural and interior projects. Good Career Advancement. Job Requirements . Min Degree or Master in Architecture or equivalent . 2-3 years experience . Good Design Knowledge . Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch Up and Freehand Sketching. Illustrator and Indesign skills are a bonus . Have strong visual awareness and an eye for detail . Candidates must be passionate, inventive and imaginative in all areas of design . Time management and the ability to manage others is necessary . Candidates must work well in a team and possess good communication skills
