Job Description
Haus Atelier is an Award winning local and International Interior Design and Build firm and BCA Licensed Builder. We are seeking a motivated Architectural Associate to join our team in Singapore.
The successful person will work exclusively on residential projects.
Education
- You must have a Diploma, BSc or Masters in:- Architecture, with at least two years’ post-graduate experience.
Role
- Based in Singapore and is varied between home and office working on residential projects.
Skills
- Self-motivated who can work efficiently and in an organised manner
- Receptive to constructive feedback and critique of your work
- Visualise concepts and confidently explain them to others
- Exceptional attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Work shadow the Creative Director with initial concept presentations and site coordination.
- Liaise with Architect, consultants and subcontractors in technical aspects related to drawings, material submissions and resolving technical issues at sites.
- Involved in the design process.
- Hands on experience in managing project schedule and deliverables.
- Involved in multiple residential projects at one time
It is strongly advised you are experienced with the following programs:
- Sketchup
- V-Ray/3D-Max
- InDesign
- Photoshop
- AutoCAD
Salary - $4000-$6000 depending on experience
