Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in design, design development & tender documentation
- Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
- Coordinating and liaising with the consultants and project team
- Assist in administering contracts and site supervision
Job Requirements:
- Have flair in design
- Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture
- Degree in Architecture recognised by Board of Architects Singapore
- Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience
- Able to work independently and meet tight deadline
- Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage
