Job Description
- Formulate innovative building design concepts
- Detailing designs of sustainable buildings for residential and commercial developments, preparing design plans and construction drawings
- Generate presentation drawings, do study models and prepare working drawings
- Develop in-depth technical know-how in REVIT, BIM, Photoshop and 3D Studio Max.
- Perform construction detailing, free hand sketches as well as computer rendering
- Learn to develop concepts and ideas into details for architectural projects, generate presentation drawings, with proper documentation for tender submissions to the Authorities.
- Degree in Architecture, Diploma in Architectural Technology or relevant Diploma
- Positive working attitude and dynamic personality
- Good skill in BIM, AutoCAD, Sketch up, Photoshop.
