Carry out feasibility studies and present design proposals;
Prepare tender documentation, schedules and material specifications;
Liaise and discuss project-relevant issues with clients;
Oversee progress of on-site work and resolves any arising issues;
Liaise and coordinate with consultants and contractors;
Authority submission
Contract administration Requirements:
Graduate with a recognized Degree in Architecture or equivalent
Familiar with authority submission process, requirements and guidelines;|
Proficient in Autocad/Sketchup/MS Project
Collaborative team player and communicator with ability to organise and delegate.
