Job Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain the Architectural BIM Execution Plan (BEP) according to the Singapore BIM Guide and project needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy, clash-free models, and BIM standard compliance.
Oversee data exchange and quality control of architectural models.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue resolution.
Support local authority submissions and ensure model accuracy.
Contribute architectural modeling skills and participate in modeling tasks as needed.
Liaise with design consultants and construction teams for seamless project execution.
Assist the BIM Manager in enforcing BIM standards and managing deliverables.
Take on additional tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Architecture or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in architectural BIM coordination or model management.
Familiarity with architectural design standards, detailing, and relevant codes.
Knowledge of BIM, VDC, and IDD concepts (certification a plus).
Proficiency in software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and ArchiCAD.
