Responsibilities
- Reading contract documents, tender specs to comply with project requirements
- Check architectural shop drawings
- Chair meetings with clients, consultants and subcontractors for coordination
- Create official submission documents to consultants (SDS, SFR, RFI)
- Recognised Diploma or Degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience with construction main contractor
- Able to communicate in fluent English to liaise with stakeholders
- Experience in Autocad and preferably in Revit but not a requirement
