Architectural Coordinator for Interior Design contractor firm (Landed Houses)

5 days week.

Job Requirement


Oversee all aspects of the

architectural coordination and installation process on construction sites.

Coordinate with architectural subcontractors to ensure proper scheduling, communication, and execution of design plans. Develop and review architectural drawings, detailing, and technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements. Act as the primary point of contact for all architectural-related issues on the construction site, working to resolve any disputes or challenges that may arise. Collaborate with project managers, project engineers, and management to ensure coordination and alignment of architectural plans with overall project goals. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with architectural specifications. Prepare and maintain accurate documentation and records related to architectural coordination activities. Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with client, subcontractors, project team, and other parties involved in the project.

Job Requirements

Degree or Diploma in

Architectural

or any other discipline related to Building Construction At least 3 years of experience in the building construction field, with a strong preference for at least 2 years of experience especially focused on

high-end residential projects

Able to read and understand construction technical drawings, detailing & documentation Proficiency in reading drawings * Familiarity with coordination across disciplines (Structural, M&E, and ID)
