Job Description

Attend techinical meeting/site meetings with consultants, and provide technical solutions; Study drawings and coordinate architectural works with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical / site issues; Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications / drawings; Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems pertaining to architectural works; Supervise the progress of architectural works on site; Coordination of sub-contractor's architectural work and ensuring the work is on schedule. Manage and supervise day-to-day running of project site. Coordinate, prepare and update architectural and structural 3D BIM. Implement and monitor work schedules according to master and detailed work programs. Attend site inspection conducted by client's representatives/ consultants. Conduct study of construction design to resolve technical issues in advance. Evaluate and resolve discrepancies / problems at site. Liaise with sub-contractors. Conducting inspections/site walks to check on progress and work performance of sub-contractors. Ensure all materials used are approved, raise material requisition. Coordinate handing over of completed works. Delegate/assign tasks to workers as appropriate and supervise to ensure compliance with stipulated procedures, methods of statement and safety requirements. * Other duties assigned by the PD, PM.
