Job Description

• To develop a schedule program for the commencement and completion of all architectural works to tie in with master schedule.
• To coordinate monitor and control Architectural subcontractor\xe2\x80\x99s progress and quality of work.
• To coordinate subcontractors\xe2\x80\x99 work so that there are no conflicts amongst different subcontractors.
• To delegate work to the general workers/supervisors and ensure it is in compliance with company/authority standards.
• Liaise with suppliers on items needed for the project and plan the delivery schedule.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and material to site.
• Submission to consultants for materials, shop drawings and method statement approval before commencement of work.
• Arrange for architectural trade demonstration for consultant\xe2\x80\x99s approval.
• Arrange for testing of architectural materials.
• Liaise with consultants to resolve technical and detailing issues for architectural work.
• Attend project coordination meetings.
• Report to Project Manager the progress of architectural work.
• Assist quality team for Conquas and Quality Mark.
• Assist Project Manager in compilation of handling over documents including as-built drawings.
• Execute control measures on material/plant and equipment/utilities usage.
• Understand specifications, drawings, scope and sequence of work.
• Ability to propose alternative material/work method for architectural work.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies.

Job Requirements:-

• 5.5 days work week
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture.
• 5 years of experience in Main Contractor( with at least completed one project
