Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor all architectural works from design to construction stages
• Responsible for cross discipline coordination i.e. structural and M&E and design related issues
• Provide technical input and support on architectural design aspect to operation team and identify any potential risk or discrepancy on the design
• Ensure all architectural design from consultants and subcontractors are in accordance with contractual and project specification requirements
• Track and ensure all architectural works schedules are in line with project master programme and provide constant updates on progress
• Oversee the planning of architectural works, site inspections, monitoring of work progress, ensure all architectural works of the project and subcontractors are in compliance to the defined standards and drawings
• Review documented technical requirements and project plan to ensure adherence to defined standards
• Track and register design changes and ensure associated time & cost implications are captured by the project team.
• Attend all coordination meetings, keep meeting minutes, and ensure timely submission of drawings to consultants or authorities

• Degree in Architecture, recognized by Board of Architects Singapore
• At least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in architectural field in construction industry
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Mindset to work in a digital environment
