My client is an established A1 main con . Rare 5 days week.
Task / Responsibilities:
To assist the Project Manager in project planning, coordination works of all architectural trades, finishes and interfacing with M&E and Structural detail.
Ensure all architectural drawing, material sample submission, and method statement are submitted on time as per program.
To coordinate with other team members and subcontractors to resolve any challenges
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, review accuracy of construction drawings, charts and forms
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation
Coordinate with Architect, Structural and M&E staff members to resolved related problems and issues
Ensure quality of works and detailing is achieved, and complied with any safety regulation and maintainability.
Lead the architectural coordination meeting and prepare relevant meeting minutes
Handle any other ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Degree / Diploma in Architecture or C&S Engineering
Knowledge of BIM will be an added advantage
Minimum 2 years of working experience in architectural finishing work
Good interpersonal skill, meticulous, independent and a team player
Candidates with Architectural CONQUAS experiences, knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations and familiar with local standard quality implementation will be an added advantage
Experienced in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation are added advantage
