Must be able to coordinate and oversee architectural works on high-end residential projects and all other construction-related activities
Responsible for architectural work scheduling, material requisition cost control project supervision, and documentation
Good communication skills and teamworking experience
Liaising with sub-contractors, consultants, clients, and also relevant authorities
Ensure architectural works are carried out according to specifications/drawings
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction drawings
Compile and hand over architectural documentation, including as-built drawing submissions for high-end residential projects
Ensure work activities are carried out in a safe working environment
Routine inspection and quality assessments
Supervise work progress
Must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in Structures / Architectural related works
