Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Chief Engineer
Review, coordinate and generate all architectural works including shop drawings for project.
Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors
Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect.
Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
Liaise closely with client, consultants and sub-contractors; conduct routine inspection of installed works.
Any other ad-hoc duties are required

Requirements:

Diploma, or Bachelor\'s Degree in Building or Architecture or equivalent
At least 3 years of related experience in architectural coordination
Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
Able to work independently.
Willing to travel to Tuas Nexus Drive worksite (pick up transport provided at Boon Lay MRT)
