Roles & Responsibilities
- BRIEF DESCRIPTION
JOB SCOPE
- Timely completion of documentation flow to facilitate the import/export/cross trade shipments
- Issue shipment related documents (i.e. Bill of Lading, import/export permits, invoices, etc)
- Coordinate closely with customers, vendors and overseas agents to deliver a seamless supply chain flow
- Handle both local and overseas customers’ queries
- Assist in operations & logistics planning

REQUIREMENTS
- Candidates who do not possess the relevant experience for the job responsibilities are welcomed to apply as appropriate training will be provided to ensure your ability to perform the daily duties.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
- Fluent in both written and verbal communication skills
- Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office (Word / Excel), preferably Microsoft Outlook as well
