Base salary dependant on experience and skillsets

Responsibilities:

Coordinate all architectural tasks, including shop drawings, for the project.
Supervise and inspect all architectural work performed by sub-contractors.
Ensure adherence to architectural specifications and maintain high-quality standards.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with architectural services and other trades on-site.
Manage architectural work scheduling, material procurement, cost control, project oversight, and documentation.

Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification of a Diploma or a Bachelor\'s Degree in Building or Architecture from a recognized institution.
At least 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficient in local building regulations, BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessments.
Possess strong analytical, organizational, and responsible traits.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
