Communicate with clients to understand their objectives and project requirements.
Prepare proposals and present design solutions to clients.
Conduct material research and handle product sourcing.
Supervise project progress to ensure timely execution and completion.
Manage new and ongoing projects to meet goals, maintain high quality standards, and ensure client satisfaction.
Perform site inspections and prepare site reports.
Job Requirements
Preferably
1 year or more of relevant experience
.
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree
in Architecture, Design, or related fields.
Proficient in
Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, V-Ray
, and
Microsoft Office
.
Strong understanding of structural drawings, building regulations, and construction processes.
Experience in architectural coordination is highly preferred.
Possession of a
Class 3 driving license
will be an added advantage.
