Architectural Design Coordinator
Job Description
Responsible for preparation, organization and coordination of architectural and structural works (shop drawings) for approval and onto site implementation. Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work. Check and monitors architectural trade shop drawing submissions. Able to plan ahead and lead / coordinate all subcontractors for architectural design works Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor's drawings and other submittalsJob Requirements: Degree in Architecture Minimum 8 years of relevant site experience in building projects Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices Experience in coordinating construction projects Ability in providing effective solutions to design conflicts/ issues that may arise from time to time Proficient in Autocad and producing construction documents BIM Self-motivated with analytical thinking skills and able to work with minimum supervision Location: Punggol Project: Sports Centre
