Job Description

• Responsible for preparation, organization and coordination of architectural and structural works (shop drawings) for approval and onto site implementation. * Coordinate and liaise with Consulta Responsible for preparation, organization and coordination of architectural and structural works (shop drawings) for approval and onto site implementation. Coordinate and liaise with Consultants, Sub-contractors as well as with other technical departments (Structural, M&E) on the design intent requirements and raise technical clarifications for smooth progress of work. Check and monitors architectural trade shop drawing submissions. Lead / coordinate all subcontractors for architectural design works Review, coordinate and comment on subcontractor's drawings and other submittals Identify and inform Managers of variation due to design change Job Requirements Degree in Architecture At least 8 years of relevant site experience in building projects Candidates with experience in construction of Sport Facilities or similar scale buildings such as Convention Centres or Exhibition Halls etc will be at an advantage Familiar with Singapore Codes and Practices Have the ability to plan ahead and provide effective solutions to design conflicts/ issues that may arise from time to time Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM and producing construction documents Self-motivated with analytical thinking skills and able to work with minimum supervision Location : Punggol Project : Sports Centre
