Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Assist the Design Manager in overseeing architectural and engineering design processes for construction projects. 2. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., engineers, contractors) and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, consultants) to ensure design alignment with project requirements. 3. Prepare and review design drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities) to ensure compliance with Singapore regulations (e.g., BCA, URA). 4. Monitor design changes and update documentation accordingly. 5. Provide technical guidance to junior designers and drafters. 6. Resolve design conflicts and propose cost-effective solutions. 7. Track design milestones and deadlines to ensure timely delivery. 8. Conduct site visits to verify design implementation and address on-site issues. 9. .
