We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong technical knowledge in architectural design and interior detailing, able to translate concepts into construction-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
Develop design concepts, space planning, and presentation materials.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings, layout plans, and construction documentation.
Work closely with the project and site team to ensure design intent is maintained.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project timeline.
Conduct site visits to verify design execution and resolve technical issues.
Participate in design meetings, material selection, and client presentations.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or related field.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and spatial composition.
Minimum 2-4 years of relevant working experience in design or fit-out industry.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of Singapore building and authority submission standards is an advantage.
