Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, prepare, and model building development as planned /designed by Architect/QP, in BIM (Revit) \xe2\x80\x93 Architecture according to BCA BIM standards
- Competence in preparation of 2D and 3D AutoCad Drafting
- Draft submission Cover Letters addressing respective building authorities for various the project development stages
- Submission of drawings and documentations to all building authorities to obtain respective Approvals /Clearances, including Amendments
- The above apply to all major stages of project development \xe2\x80\x93 DC, BP, Tender, Construction, and TOP/CSC.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Built Environment/ BCAA Diploma in Architecture (Technology) or its equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Conversant in BIM (Revit) and AutoCAD platforms to perform drawing and design work.
- Experience in annotations and descriptions for 3D models and 2D drawings.
- Knowledge in basic regulatory requirements and Arch related Codes of Practice.
