Our client, a well renowned conglomerate that has an established Architectural Firm in Singapore, is looking for a Senior/Architectural Designer to complement their growing team. This firm is strategically located in Central Business District, Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Architectural planning, designing, supervising, and consulting related matters, including coordination of the relevant parties, liaising with the relevant authorities, planning, drafting, designing, supervising, or consulting of urban or architectural projects.
• Preparation of presentation materials, including collating necessary information, editing presentation materials/documents, composing computer graphics images and movies, coordinating with the desk top publishing team and finalizing the presentation materials.
• Prepare, review and manage design deliverables.
• Collating project-related information, including local statutory materials, architectural materials and local construction methods.
• Liaise and coordinate with clients and its team, other consultants/professionals, architects and other stake holders of the project.

Requirements:

• Must have a Bachelor\'s/Master\'s Degree in Architecture with at least 8 years in Architectural Firm
• Experience and knowledge, particularly in the following fields will be appreciated.
• Office building, Commercial facility, Residential building, Hospitality facility, Super high-rise building, Large-scale complex facility and Masterplanning.
• Should possess business protocol and strong market knowledge of SEA.
• Experience working on BIM/ Revit projects would be an advantage
