Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Able to undertake assigned projects and to coordinate on all design matters
- To communicate effectively with consultant and sub-contractor on site matters.
- To assist architects to prepare and coordinate design and working drawings during design, documentation and construction stages.
- To monitor construction stage with contract administrative in good design sense till completion.
- To conduct site inspections on matters of design & technical coordination issues.
- Good knowledge in preparation of authority submission will be considered.
- Design development
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in architecture or equivalent.
- A proactive and conscientious player
- Highly motivated, proactive, independent as well as a good team player.
- Skills in Autocad , Adobe Photoshop, Sketch up, Revit.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Project/Excel is an advantage.
- Min 1 year of working experience
