Architectural Designer
Job Description
1. Responsible for project brief formulation, design conceptualization, and presentation 2. Plan Preparation & submission for planning and building plan clearances. 3. Architectural details & specifications. 4. Carry out site inspection to review work in progress to ensure compliance with design requirements. 5. Supervise and coordinate all architectural works and ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved specifications. 6. Ability to review project specifications and technical clarifications and identify drawings discrepancies. 7. Close coordination and communication of work with managers, project staff, consultants, and clients. 8. Responsible for preparation, organization, and coordination of doing submission for architectural approval from all relevant authority. (TOP/CSC clearance) Qualifications and Job Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience in architectural works 2. Degree in Architecture 3. Able to work independently and in a team 4. Experience in coordinating construction projects 5. Proficient in AutoCAD/Scatch Up and producing construction documents
