Plan and design layouts for residential buildings and landscapes.
Follow Client requests whilst ensuring that designs meet the rigorous requirements of government safety standards and other related regulations.
Produce artist impressions using the relevant rendering software available.
Sketch, read drawings and promote ideas to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

Diploma/ Degree in Architecture/ Drafting with at least 1 to 2 years experience working in and architecture firm/ environment.
Software knowledge in : Sketchup, 3D Max, V Ray, Enscape, Lumion, AutoCAD, Photoshop
Able to work under pressure, has good time management and is outcome driven.
Good communication skills and not afraid to make presentations to personnel from all backgrounds.
Determined, responsible and a self-starter.
Able to converse in English & Chinese (in order to coordinate with Chinese speaking Clients and Contractors)

Experience in interior design for residential projects is advantageous.
